Our accredited career practitioners provide face-to-face, telephone and e-session services (via Zoom) across Australia and to people returning home from overseas.

  • Individual career development: Support from an accredited career practitioner. Our practitioners adhere to the CICA Professional Standards for Career Practitioners and a code of professional ethics. 

  • Vocational assessment: We offer a range of quality vocational assessment tools that can help you to define your career goals or become work ready. 

  • Career and employment projects: CCCA delivers a wide range of career and employment projects under our Ready2Work charity program. We work in partnership with government and community service providers to improve career and employment outcomes for the community's most vulnerable jobseekers. 

  • Outplacement career services: Support for individuals who are transitioning from employment. Our services include individual career development support and group workshops for employees and employers. 

  • Career service audits: Structured audits of your career service to ensure you are delivering the best and most up-to-date professional career support. 

  • Career practitioner standards review: Career practitioner workforce review to help your organisation aligh prior qualifications and training to the latest Australian accredited standards. 

  • Disability career development: We support teachers, parents and students with quality career development support and resources. Workshops are available for parents and carers. Our Ready2Work team have successfully developed career pathway programs in conjunction with our community service partners. 

  • Career education: We support career education and employment professionals with customised career tools, resources, workshops and the development of specific programs such as job clubs and youth career mentoring programs.
